Before the TNPL 2024 auction, the team retained 13 key players and it also included the Siechem Madurai Panthers captain Hari Nishaanth. Another top player thats the team management retained was Murugan Ashwin. At the auction, the team made some notable picks. They bought Chaturved NS for INR 6 lakh, Sasidev U for INR 5.2 lakh, and Alexandar R for INR 1.5 lakh. These three were the most expensive purchases for the franchise.
Hari Nishaanth is one of the most successful batters in the league. He has scored 1450 runs in 53 matches, with an average of 29.6 and a strike rate of 126.9. Murugan Ashwin has also been impressive, taking 51 wickets in 49 matches. He has an average of 24.6, an economy rate of 7.14, and a strike rate of 20.7.
Chaturved NS, a 33-year-old batter, has scored 1035 runs in 47 matches with a healthy strike rate of 131.2.
