It’s a rather defensive strategy since we are looking to profit from the hands that the house goes bust. Since the rules require the house’s point to be higher than 17, which means it’s easier for us to profit from the hand goes bust.

The fourth step is a combined strategy. First is the split strategy. It suggests we split the hand no matter what we get as long as there’s no Ace in the house’s hand. Second, is the pair betting strategy.

Though how exactly can we combine both in our games?

Let’s look at the breakdown point by point. First, we need to set the switch timing, meaning the timing for us to switch our strategies.

For example, if we set the switch timing at 5 rounds per unit. then we switch from betting normally, split strategy and pair betting strategy every 5 rounds.

So we will be betting normally in rounds 1 to 5, betting on split actions in rounds 6 to 10, and betting only on pairs during rounds 11 to 15.

This way we can bet with three different strategies. To execute it properly, players need to have enough experience in the game so they may perform it with clear logic.

Blackjack Basic Strategy 5: Play differently while winning or losing

The fifth step is to prepare ourselves while we face the condition of a winning or losing streak. First, when we are on a winning streak, do not increase our unit betting amount to gamble for the bigger payout.
