Mahjong Tiles Rules

Introduction

Mahjong tiles are a kind of Chinese mahjong game which consists of forty tiles.

Playing Method

  • The mahjong tiles rule is very simple. The banker will bet against three players. Before starting the game, mix up 40 tiles then shake three dices inside the jar. Distribute the tiles according to the total points of dices.
  • Total points of dices for Banker’s hand is 5,9,13,17
  • Total points of dices for Player 1st hand is 6,10,14,18
  • Total points of dices for Player 2nd hand is 3,7,11,15
  • Total points of dices for Player 3rd hand is 4,8,12,16
  • Dealer will distribute two tiles for banker and each player. Total up the points of two tiles for each hand and compete with banker’s point. When banker’s point is lower than any player, banker loses the game. On the other hand, when banker’s point is higher than any player, banker wins the game.
  • When banker and player have the same kind of tiles, it will be tie game.
  • When player has the same kind of tiles, it will be pair.

Count The Card

Beginning the game, each player will get two tiles, add up the points of two tiles, get the unit, next each player has to compete the points with banker one on one. If the banker’s point is smaller than players, the banker will lose the game. On the other hand, if the banker’s point is bigger than player, banker wins.
